San Diego Declares a "Sony Online Entertainment Day"
 
Ever
thought that EverQuest is so ground breaking that it should have its own day?
Well probably not, but it is getting one none the less! The gorgeous city of San
Diego is recognizing the true feat of creating a game like EverQuest and seeing
it through to 10 successful years and beyond by naming March 16th "Sony Online
Entertainment" Day! You can get in on this celebration too if you happen to be
in the area on March 10th.
On Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 a.m., San Diego City Councilmember Carl DeMaio will present John Smedley with an official proclamation that names March 16th as "Sony Online Entertainment Day" in the City of San Diego. This proclamation serves to commemorate the 10th anniversary and launch of EverQuest on this day as well as the continued support and dedication SOE shows to the city and community of San Diego!
